basic maintenance

All of our web design products (web bronze, web silver, web gold and web bespoke) include basic maintenance as follows:

		Full support and updates for one month from the date the website is completed and made available on the internet.
		One minor** update/change to each page of the website for the remainder of the contractual year.

If you require more than this then you should consider one of our maintenance options.

yearly maintenance

Our yearly maintenance plans include:

		Updates to page text and images*.
		Changes to page and email links.
		Configuration of email addresses.
		Domain name registration.
		Website hosting.
		Technical administration of your website.
		Email and telephone support.

per page maintenance

Additionally we offer a charge per page option where you can have changes made to your website as and when you need them.

new page maintenance

We can also add new pages at a fixed cost to your existing website as per your requirements.

*Text and images must be supplied to us in electronic form (email, CD-ROM, floppy disk, etc.) Please note that you must hold the copyright for any images you supply to us.
**This is limited to small changes in page text, picture updates, layout, etc. More extensive maintenance work on an existing website can only be conducted under one of our maintenance agreements.
